Monument is a series that is made out of an appreciation for the ancient origins of these materials, which are often billions of years old, expressed through visual and tactile references to early architectural forms and the eroding movement of water.

This piece is made by joining sections of solid gold and silver, rather than a thin surface layer of gold on top of the silver.
